1. The service
ACTIE is a creative platform that helps you develop story ideas into structured cinematic scenes and generated media. Features, pricing and availability may change as the platform evolves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may sign in with an email address and password or with a linked Google account.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in the material you upload and the work you create with ACTIE. You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights to the material you provide, including images of real people.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use ACTIE to create or share content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to inform you, and continued use of ACTIE after an update means you accept the revised terms.
